Most of us learn how to move from the environment around us; family, friends, TV etc., this is called environmental heredity. However our society is mostly far removed from nature and the movement principles that animals naturally know. You can learn these again. These are the principles needed for the hard work of life and Art "Self massage in every motion". Learn to nurture your joints, tendons, grow springy bones, have strength, agility and flexibility. This is also the essence of the highest martial levels of listening, receiving, sticking, following and issuing. Train to live in peace in every breath.

We are proud to welcome Tim and Rhonda Sobie to Harbor Wellbeing. Tim is the founder and clinical director of Alliant Continuum Care, LLC. Tim has over 20 years experience as a physical therapist and over 15 years experience as a Feldenkrais practitioner. Rhonda is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Biofeedback Technician and teaches Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement classes.

Individual appointments at Harbor Wellbeing are available with Tim and Rhonda starting November 15, 2011. They will also offer group classes in the Mind & Body Room beginning in 2012.
